DEC. 14~18: time unknown, 1000 block of Village Circle, entry was gained to a locked vehicle and property was stolen. Loss: $100.

 

DEC. 17: 12:13 a.m., 900 block of East Grant Avenue, a weapon was brandished toward a victim.

~  6-11 p.m., 1000 block of Berryessa Court, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $102.

 

DEC. 17-18: 5 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., 700 block of Apricot Avenue, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $100.

~ 6 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., 300 block of Peach Place, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $50.

~ 6 p.m. to 7:45 a.m., 1000 block of Berryessa Court, property was stolen from two unlocked vehicles. Loss: $50.

~ 6 p.m. to 9 a.m., 1000 block of Village Circle, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $260.

~ 6 p.m. to 10 a.m., 800 block of Apricot Avenue, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $190.

~ 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., 1000 block of Berryessa Court, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $150.

~ 7 p.m. to 8 a.m., 700 block of Apricot Avenue, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $70.

~ 9:30 p.m. to 8 a.m., 300 block of Peach Place, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $50.

 

DEC. 18: 11:33 a.m., 900 block of Railroad Avenue, a runaway juvenile from San Jose was located and returned to a parent.

~ 11:56 a.m., a 17-year-old Winters juvenile was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and violating terms of probation. The juvenile was booked at the Winters Police Department and released to a guardian on a notice to appear.

~ 1:33 p.m., County Roads 95 and 31, officers assisted the California Highway Patrol with a traffic collision.

~ 5:55 p.m., 400 block of Main Street, a toilet seat cover dispenser was pulled off the wall in the City Park bathroom. Damage: $40.

 

DEC. 19: 3:26 p.m., Terri Lynn Medina, 48, of Winters was arrested on two outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrants charging her with failure to appear on previous charge of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia and failure to appear on previous charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance and violation of probation. Medina was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 11 p.m., Owings Drive, officers assisted Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with a battery call.

 

DEC. 20: 3:18 a.m., Truman John Twidwell II, 19, of Winters was arrested for evading a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license. Twidwell was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 2:57 p.m., a 13-year-old Winters juvenile was issued a notice to appear for battery.

~ 9:40 a.m., Maria Sofia Ortega-Puga, 30, of Richmond was picked up from Solano County Jail, transported to Yolo County Jail and booked on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging her with failure to appear on previous charges of possessing identification of 10 or more persons with the intent to defraud, making/passing a fictitious check, possessing stolen property, possessing a blank check with the intent to defraud, passing a completed check with the intent to defraud, possessing a bad check, forgery, possessing an access card with the intent to defraud, and theft.

~ 9:20 p.m., Katie Lynn Neil, 22, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department warrant of arrest charging her with making/passing a fictitious check. Neil was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

 

DEC. 22: 10:01 p,m,, 800 block of Jackson Street, family members were involved in a physical altercation.

 

DEC. 21: 3:13 a.m., Jarrett James Lowery, 26, of Arcata was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or above and having an inoperable vehicle license plate light. Lowery was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 6:25 p.m., 700 block of Main Street, parties were involved in a child custody dispute.

~ 6:37 p.m., 100 block of Main Street, an officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

 

DEC. 23: 4:22 a.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, an officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~ 11 a.m., 900 block of Railroad Avenue, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $30.

~ 9:09 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, beer was shoplifted from a business. Loss: $10.90.

 

DEC. 24: 4:07 p.m., 500 block of Abbey Street, officers responded to an audible alarm. The residence was cleared at owner’s request.

~ 4:50 p.m., first block of East Main Street, a citizen was a victim of cyberbullying.

 

DEC. 24~25: 11:30 p.m. to 9 a.m., first block of Main Street, entry was gain to a locked vehicle and property was stolen. Loss: $40.

 

DEC. 25: 7:23 p.m., 700 block of Apricot Avenue, an officer responded to an audible alarm. It was determined the alarm was activated accidentally.

 

DEC. 26: 3 a.m., I-505, an Officer assisted California Highway Patrol in an attempt to locate a wrong way driver.

~ 8 a.m., 700 block of Main Street, parties were involved in a child custody dispute.

~ 10:25 p.m., Wolfskill Street, spray paint was used to write graffiti on a cement wall. Damage: $100.

~ 11 p,m, to noon, 200 block of Creekside Way, entry was gained to a locked vehicle and property was stolen. Loss: $10.

 

DEC. 27: 12-11 a.m., 200 block of Creekside Way, a vehicle was stolen. Loss: $6,000. On Ded. 28, the vehicle was recovered by the Vallejo Police Department.

~ 3:56 p.m., Tamara Jean Fredrikson, 47, of Winters was arrested for public intoxication. Fredrikson was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 8:02 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, officers had contact with three juveniles determined to be on active, searchable probation. A search revealed an item of evidentiary value.

 

DEC. 28: 5:11 a.m., 400 block of Railraod Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~ 5:45 a.m., Reynaldo Gallegos, 51, of Woodland was arrested for domestic violence, theft and taking a cellular telephone to prevent use by victim. Gallegos was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 4:24 p.m., Cameron Nathan Vaezinia, 20, of Vacaville was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

~ 4:25 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

 

DEC. 29: Time unknown, a citizen was a victim of identity theft.

 

DEC. 30: 2:36 a.m., Brandi Rashal Carrion, 29, of Martinez was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and having an inoperable vehicle license plate light. Carrion was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 2:10 p.m., Christopher M. Cassidy, 29, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended revoked driver’s license, possessing a controlled substance, and possessing controlled substance paraphernalia. Cassidy was also arrested on a Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of petty theft and possession of a controlled substance. Cassidy was booked at the Winters Police Department and released on a notice to appear.

~ 6:16 p.m., Aristeo Solorio, 48, of Winters was arrested for public intoxication. Solorio was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 11:39 p.m., Silva Juan Duran, 43, of Winters was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or above, being an unlicensed driver and having an inoperable vehicle license plate light. Duran was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

 

DEC. 31: Time unkonwn, 400 block of Edwards Street, a fence was vandalized. Damage: $100.

~ Time unknown, 400 block of Columbia Way, property was stolen from the bed of a truck. Loss: $200.

~ 3:11 p.m., 100 block of Second Street, officers responded to an audible alarm. The residence was found secure.

~ 9:30-10 p.m., 100 block of Main Street, Christmas light projectors were stolen from the front yard of a residence. Loss: $40.

 

JAN. 1: 11:21 p.m., Shawn Michael Caldwell, 22, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of petty theft. Caldwell was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
