SEPT. 24 to OCT. 28: 1 p.m. to 11:30 a.m., 800 block of Railroad Avenue, a recreational vehicle door window was broken. Damage: $250.

OCT. 19: 2:12 p.m., Robert Paul Neal, 54, of Winters was arrested for violating a court order to prevent domestic violence. Neal was booked at the Winters Police Department and released on a notice to appear.

~  3:20 p.m., 1000 block of Kennedy Drive, officers responded to an audible alarm. The residence was found secure.

OCT. 23: 11:59 p.m., Jessica Chavez, 25, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Santa Cruz County Sheriff bench warrant charging her with failure to comply on previous charges of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and driving at an unsafe speed. Chavez was booked at the Winters Police Department and released on a notice to appear.

OCT. 24: Time unknown, 100 block of East Grant Avenue, a wallet was lost.

~  Time unknown, 1000 block of Eisenhower Way, a registration tab was stolen from a license plate. Loss: $82.

~  5:45 p.m., County Road 90, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  10:30 p.m., 100 block of East Baker Street, victim was being harassed by the use of a drone.

OCT. 25: 12:30 a.m., Bluehawk Elmer Gonzales, 32, of Winters was arrested on two outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrants charging him with failure to comply on previous charge of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia and failure to appear on previous charge of theft. Gonzales was arrested on three UC Davis Police Department warrants charging him with possessing controlled substance paraphernalia and shoplifting; two counts of shoplifting; and possessing controlled substance paraphernalia, possessing a weapon on campus, being a non-student who refused to leave campus and altering any coloration or markings that are required on an imitation firearm. Gonzales was also arrested on eight Solano County Sheriff bench warrants charging him with failure to appear on a previous charge of theft; failure to appear on previous charges of possessing a controlled substance, possessing controlled substance paraphernalia, shoplifting and two counts of grand theft; failure to appear on previous charge of grand theft; failure to appear on previous charges of grand theft, possessing burglary tools and possessing controlled substance paraphernalia; failure to appear on previous charges of possessing a controlled substance, possessing controlled substance paraphernalia, and possessing stolen property; failure to appear on previous charge of grand theft; failure to appear on previous charges of two counts of domestic violence; and failure to appear on previous charge of violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence. Gonzales was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  1:30 p.m., a citizen was a victim of identity theft.

~  2:45 p.m., 1200 block of Valley Oak Drive, victim reported a suspicious circumstance of a subject possibly entering the residence.

OCT. 26: 12:31 a.m., Putah Creek Road and Johnson Road, during a traffic enforcement stop, officers had contact with a subject determined to be on post release community supervision. A search of the subject and vehicle revealed nothing of evidentiary value.

~  1-2 a.m., 600 block of Manzanita Way, a vehicle window was broken to gain entry and a purse and contents were stolen. Loss and damage: $3,176.96.

~  10:36 p.m., Jose Alexsis Lopez-Guzman, 19, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of being a minor in possession of an alcoholic beverage. Lopez-Guzman was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  11:09 p.m., Larry Eugene Roberts, 36, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Napa County Sheriff warrant of arrest charging him with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or above, evading a police officer, being an unlicensed driver and driving a vehicle with expired registration. Roberts was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

OCT. 27: 4:54 p.m., 900 block of Railroad Avenue, suspect attempted to force entry into a residence causing damage to the door and violated a protective order. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.

OCT. 28: 11 p.m., McArthur Avenue and Jackson Street, an unknown driver of a vehicle made and unsafe turning movement, struck a legally parked vehicle and left the scene.

OCT. 28-29: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., Railroad Avenue south of Martinez Way, an unknown driver of a vehicle made and unsafe turning movement, struck a legally parked vehicle and left the scene.

~  10:16 a.m., officers assisted Yolo County Sheriff deputies with an attempt to locate a vehicle and occupants that shoplifted items from the Dollar General located on Highway 16.

~  3:29 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, Frank Martin Purtill, 50, of Winters was arrested for attempt arson and possession of flammable/combustible material for arson. Purtill was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  10:36 p.m., first block of East Baker Street, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.
