NOV. 10: 8 p.m., 600 block of Snapdragon Street, U.S. currency was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $700.

NOV. 12: Claudia Hernandez Juarez, 34, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

NOV. 14-15: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., 800 block of Dutton Street, items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: to be determined.

NOV. 15: 1:14 p.m., Alvaro Leon, 32, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of being an unlicensed driver. Leon was booked at the Winters Police Department and released on a notice to appear.

NOV. 17: 7:20 a.m., Armando DelRio, 40, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding West Sacramento Police Department Ramey Warrant charging him with conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of stolen property and an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license. DelRio was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration. DelRio was also issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.

~  11:40 a.m., Hector Castillo-Medina, 29, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

~  2:30 p.m., Stephen Anthony Piszczek, 59, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of public intoxication and violation of probation. Piszczek was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

NOV. 18: 4:01 a.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, an officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  8 a.m., Juan C. Granados-Ramos, 34, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

NOV. 19: 10:46 a.m., A driver of a vehicle was proceeded onto Anderson Avenue from Carrion Circle and collided into a vehicle traveling eastbound on Anderson Avenue.

~  4:54 p.m., on Owings Drive, officers assisted Yolo County Sheriff deputies with a medical aid.
