OCT. 27: 8 p.m., 100 block of Grant Avenue, a bicycle was stolen. Loss: $150.

 

OCT. 30: 9:45 a.m., 400 block of Anderson Avenue, a locked bicycle was stolen. Loss: $160.

 

OCT. 31: 9 a.m., first block of Main Street, suspect attempted to electronically use victim’s checking account to pay bills. The bank blocked the transaction. Investigation continues.

~  3:46 p.m., A 17-year-old Winters juvenile was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to provide proof of insurance.

~  6:50 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, officers responded to an audible business alarm. It was determined the alarm was activated accidentally.

 

NOV. 3: 5:21 p.m., 400 block of Anderson Avenue, officers responded to a call of a violation of a child custody order. It was determined there was no violation.

~  11:56 p.m., Arthur Herman Sharkey, 27, of Vacaville was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or above and failing to stop at a stop sign. Sharkey was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

 

NOV. 3-4: 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., 1000 block of Suffolk Court, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $1,000.

 

NOV. 4: 3:03 a.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  4:27 p.m., Vallen Reece Peter Burkhauser, 23, of Cotati was issued a notice to appear for possessing controlled substance paraphernalia.

 

NOV. 5: 4:18 p.m., Shawn Michael Caldwell, 22, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of theft. Caldwell was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  4:53 p.m., Myrtle Drive, officers assisted Yolo County Sheriff deputies with a verbal domestic dispute.

 

NOV. 6: 9:30 a.m., a found bicycle was turned over to the police department.
