There will be several street closures and detours downtown on Friday, specifically Railroad Avenue from Abbey Street to Russell Street and Main Street from First Street to Elliot Street. Barricades and no parking signs will be set up before the event.
The Winters Police Department recommends that people try not to leave valuable items in their parked car, or at least hide them from view.
