Public hearings on planners’ agenda

The Winters Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall. Anyone may attend.

The agenda includes:

~  Public hearing regarding application by GBH-Winters Highlands, LLC (Stone’s Throw) to modify the Planned Development Overlay permit to allow a reduction in the side and rear yard setbacks for model Plans 1, 4, 6 and 7 in phase one of the approved subdivision, which is located in the northwestern part of town off the future extension of Main Street.

~  Public hearing regarding an amendement to the Zoning Code to allow nonconforming constructions to expand so long as the exansion does not increase the discrepancy between existing conditions and the district’s standards.

~  Designation of planning commissioner to the Zoning Code update subcommittee

~  Public hearing regarding an application by Crowne Communities (Callahan Estates) to modify the Planned Development Overlay permit amendment to allow a reduction in the front, rear and side yard setbacks for eight of eleven models in Phase 1 (56 lots) of the approved subdivision, which is located in the northwestern part of town off the future extension of Main Street.

~  Public hearing regarding an application by Crowne Communites for the Site Plan/Design Review for the 11 model homes for Phase 1 (56 lots) of the Callahan Estates subdivision, located at the northwest corner of the city off the future extension of Main Street.
