SEPT. 23: 5 p.m., 100 block of Riverview Court, suspect violated a restraining order by having contact with the protected parties. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.

SEPT. 25: 5:41 p.m., a driver was traveling eastbound on Niemann Street, swerved to avoid hitting an animal in the roadway, lost control of the vehicle and collided into a tree.

SEPT. 27: 7:31 a.m., 1000 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

SEPT. 27-29: 4 p.m. to 9 a.m., 800 block of Railroad Avenue, spray paint was used to write graffiti on a cinder block wall. Damage: $450.

SEPT 28: 4:38 p.m., Adolfo Guzman Alanis, 24, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and making an unlawful u-turn in a business district.

SEPT. 29: 9:05 a.m., a driver was stopped northbound on Second Street, proceeded to make a left turn westbound onto Grant Avenue, and collided into a vehicle traveling westbound on Grant Avenue.

~  11:34 p.m., Putah Creek Road and Winters Road, during a traffic enforcement stop, officers had contact with two subjects determined to be on active, searchable probation. A search revealed nothing of evidentiary value.

SEPT. 30: 4:10 a.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, a vehicle was stolen. Loss: $1,500.
