OCT. 11: Time unknown, a citizen reported a lost passport.
OCT. 17: 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 800 block of Hemenway Street, forcible entry was gained to a residence. There was not any property stolen.
OCT. 19: 10:30 p.m., 100 block of Abbey Street, a sprinkler system was vandalized. Damage: $100.
Oct. 22: 12:48 a.m., Danny Thomas Butterfield, 41, of Winters was issued a notice to appear, charging him with possession of more than an ounce of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine.
~ 6:50 p.m., 100 block of Grant Avenue, an attempt was made to break into a building.
~ 7:24 p.m., Grant Avenue and Second Street, during a traffic enforcement stop, an officer had contact with a subject determined to be on active, searchable parole. A search revealed nothing of evidentiary value.
~ 7:31 p.m., Dominick Oscar Arismendez, 22, of Winters was issued a notice to appear charging him with driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.
OCT. 23: 10:38 a.m., I-505 and Russell Boulevard, officers assisted the California Highway Patrol with traffic control due to a traffic collision.
