OCT. 2: 10:22 p.m., 1000 block of Railroad Avenue, a known suspect fraudulently used a victim’s identifying information. Charges have been submitted to the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office for review.

 

NOV. 2: 6 p.m., A driver of a vehicle traveling westbound on Grant Avenue failed to allow a safe following distance and struck a vehicle in front of them.

 

NOV. 4: 4:36 p.m., 900 block of Suffolk Place, unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and took items of value. Loss: $500.

~  6:30 p.m., 200 block of Russell Street, unknown suspect(s) entered unlocked   vehicle and took items of value.

 

NOV. 5: 100 block of East Grant Avenue, victim’s dropped wallet is picked up by three unknown suspects. Loss: $100.

 

NOV. 6: 3:04 p.m., 200 block of Main Street, unknown suspect(s) take item of value. Loss $1,000.

~  9:18 p.m., A driver of a vehicle traveling northbound on Dutton Street fell asleep and sideswiped a parked vehicle.

~  10:51 p.m., Officers assisted Solano County Sheriff Deputies on a traffic stop.

 

NOV. 7: 200 block of Rosa Avenue, unknown suspect(s) use victim’s identifying information to open an account.

 

NOV. 8: 3:20 p.m., 200 block of Rosa Avenue, victim stated she felt harassed by several individuals and made a documentation report.

~  7:06 p.m., Officers assist California Highway Patrol Officers with locating a vehicle.

 

NOV. 9: Eric Lee Atteberry, 30, of Vacaville was issued a notice to appear on charges of driving with a damaged windshield and driving with a suspended driver’s license.

~  4 a.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, Officers responded to an audible commercial alarm. The building was secured.

 

NOV. 10: Robert Paul Neal, 54, of Winters was arrested on a charge of violation of a court order. Neal was booked at the Winters Police Department and released with a notice to appear in court.

~  A 14-year-old Winters juvenile was arrested on a misdemeanor Sacramento Probation warrant for failure to appear on previous charges of battery on a peace officer (two counts), providing false identification to a peace officer, resisting arrest, vandalism, battery, and challenging a person to a fight. The juvenile was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Juvenile Detention Facility for detention

 

NOV. 12: 12:51 a.m., Dipa Dradjat, 39, of Citrus Heights was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and failure to dim high beams within 300 feet. Dradjat was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  6:29 a.m., 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, officers responded to an audible commercial alarm. The alarm was turned on by accident.

~  9:45 a.m., 900 block of Railroad Avenue, unknown suspect(s) entered a locked vehicle and took items of value. Loss: $2,000.

~  3:52 p.m., 100 block of East Baker Street, officers assisted the Dixon Police Department with contacting a resident.

 

NOV. 17: 3:50 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, unknown suspect(s) take items of value from a business. Loss: $15.50.
