May 17:  3:15 pm, Simon Peter Tamale Musoke, 27, of Winnetka was pick up from Napa County Jail, transported to Yolo County Jail and booked on an outstanding Winters Police Department felony bench warrant charging him with violation of probation on a previous charge of burglary.

May 22:  Unk., On the 800 block of Taylor Street, a vehicle was vandalized.  Damage – $1,000.

~8:26 am, On the 1000 block of Hillview Lane, Officers responded to an audible alarm.   The residence was found secure.

May 24:  10:03 am, Christopher Allen Poteat, 30, of Winters was arrested for domestic violence and child endangerment.  Poteat was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

May 25:  1:57 pm, On the 1100 block of West Grant Avenue, parties were involved in a verbal and physical altercation.

~2:30 pm, On the 700 block of Aster Street, an Officer assisted Adult Protective Services with a welfare check.

~7:41 pm,  Mary Rosario Rodriguez, 53, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Davis Police Department bench warrant charging her with failure to appear on previous charges of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license, failing to provide proof of insurance and failing to have the vehicle registration inside the vehicle while driving.  Rodriguez was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

May 26:  2:10 pm, Robert Paul Neal, 55, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.

~1:33 pm, Peter Tony Issac, 24, of Tucson, AZ, was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

May 27:  On the 100 block of East Grant Avenue, Officers responded to an audible alarm.  The business was found secure.

May 28:  11:06 am, An Officer assisted Palo Alto Police Department with an attempt to locate a missing juvenile.

May 29:  On the 700 block of Dutton Street, Officers responded to an audible alarm.  The business was found secure.
