NOV. 15: 4:04 p.m., 800 block of Dutton Street, unknown suspect(s) enter unlocked vehicle and take items of value. Estimated loss: $780.

NOV. 19: 12:14 a.m., 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $1,210.

NOV 20: 12 p.m., 800 block of Carrion Circle, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.  Loss: $640.

NOV. 21: 7:34 a.m., a found bicycle was turned over to the police department.

~  6:20 p.m., 100 block of Almond Drive, unknown suspect(s) stole an unlocked vehicle (estimated value $7,500). The vehicle was later recovered in Solano County.

NOV. 22: Victor Quezada, 30, of Winters was arrested on a charge of corporal injury upon a cohabitant. Quezada turned himself into the Woodland Police Department and was transported to the Yolo County Jail for booking and incarceration.

NOV. 23: Nikoli Perry Rojas, 21, of Winters was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level over .08%, and driving at an unsafe speed. Rojas was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

NOV. 24: Omar Bermudez, 37, of Winters was issued a notice to appear in court regarding a charge of driving with a suspended driver’s license.

NOV. 27: 7:12 a.m., 30 block of East Main Street, unknown suspect(s) enter an unlocked vehicle and take items of value. Estimated loss: $100.
