March 29: 4:12 p.m., vehicle accident, Highway 128/Pleasants Valley Road. ~7:18 p.m., misc. outdoor fire, I-505/Russell Boulevard. ~10:57 p.m., vehicle fire, I-505/Russell Boulevard. March 30: 4 p.m., fire alarm, 600 block of Second Street. March 31: 2:33 a.m., vehicle accident, I-505/CR 29 ~3:02 p.m., medical aid, 500 block of Railroad Avenue. April 2: 8:22 a.m., medical aid, 10 block of Grant Avenue. ~4:18 p.m., medical aid, 20 block of E. Abbey Street. ~7:12 p.m., medical aid, 200 block of Red Bud Lane. Police

March 22: 1000 block of Suffolk Court, burglary/grand theft. March 23-27: 2 p.m.-4:50 p.m., 100 block of Almond Drive, vehicle theft. March 28: 6:25 a.m., First block of East Main Street, hit and run. March 30: 2:30-5 a.m., 800 block of West Grant Avenue, two stolen vehicles. ~9:33 a.m., Luis Alberto Banuelos, 30, a transient, was arrested for violation of a court order to prevent domestic violence, trespassing and obstructing/resisting a Police Officer. Banuelos was booked and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration. April 1: 12:09 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, threats. April 2: 1:30 a.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, commercial audible alarm. ~8:44 a.m., David Allen Cox, Jr., 57, of Winters was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and battery with serious bodily injury. Cox was booked and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration. ~1:30 p.m., Tyler Austin Benson, 24, of Winters was booked and released on a Yolo County District Attorney letter charging him with hit and run causing property damage.
