Yolo County seeks applicants for board, committees

The Yolo County Board of Supervisors believes that effective citizen involvement is essential to good governance, and that a respectful and informed exchange of ideas between the county and citizens will result in the best polices and decisions for Yolo County.

To that end, the Board of Supervisors is actively seeking candidates to fill vacancies on the following county advisory bodies:

Board of Directors of Yolo County Historical Museum, Childcare Planning Council, Clarksburg General Plan Citizen’s Advisory Board, Commission on Aging & Adult Services, Community Services Action Board, County Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Board   , Dunnigan General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board, Emergency Medical Care Committee, Esparto General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board, Financial Oversight Committee, In-Home Supportive Services, Knights Landing General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board, Local Mental Health Board, Madison General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board, Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health Advisory Board, Parks, Recreation & Wildlife Advisory Committee, South Davis General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board, Waste Advisory Committee, Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, Yolo County Housing Commission,

Yolo-Zamora General Citizens’ Advisory Board;

Cemetery Districts: Capay Cemetery District;

Community Service Districts: Knights Landing Community Service District;

County Service Areas: North Davis Meadows County Service Area, Willowbank County Service Area

Fire Protection Districts: Dunnigan Fire Protection District, Knights Landing Fire Protection District, Springlake Fire Protection District, Zamora Fire Protection District
