Amaya Jimenez is the Winter High School Athlete of the Week. Jimenez has always been a great leader to the junior varsity softball team. The coaches really appreciate her leadership and her “Team Pow-wows” which involve team talks or team bonding to make sure every girl on the team felt part of the team. Jimenez has played in 11 games this year. In those games Jimenez has earned a .417 batting average. Jimenez also has a good on base percentage at .500. ]]>
