Pioneer 54-24 loss East Nicolaus 54-12 loss The Winters High School girls Varsity basketball team played in three games this week. The Warriors started the week off at home hosting two non-conference games. The first game on Monday, Dec. 10, was against Pioneer High School from Woodland. The game ended in a loss. The final score was 54-24. On Tuesday the Warriors played East Nicolaus High School. The game resulted in a loss, with a final score of 54-12. The Warriors traveled to Rio Vista for a non-conference game The Rio Vista Rams started the game by taking an early lead in the first quarter, which ended with a score of 25-4. The Warriors cam back in the second half and were able to keep the last two quarters closer in points. The game was a loss, with a score 62-30. There will be one game next week for the girls Varsity basketball team. The next game will be on Monday, Dec. 17, were the Winters Warriors will host the Vacaville Christian girls Varsity Basketball team. This will be a non-conference game. ]]>
