Warriors baseball ranked by Sac Bee

The baseball teams of the Sacramento area are ranked against each other, with league and division not considered into the equation. Joe Davidson of the Sacramento Bee compiles the data from the preceding week and releases the rankings on Monday in the online edition. Winters High School is the only school on the list of the top 20 schools in the all-Metro Sacramento Area. Winters is also the only school that is ranked from the Sacramento Valley North Section, in any division. All other schools ranked are from the CIF San Joaquin Section, such as; Folsom, Capitol Christian, Oakmont, Jesuit and Davis. In the month of April the Warriors have had some fluctuation in their ranking. As of April 1, the Warriors were ranked Fourteenth. After a rough week the Warriors dropped down to sixteenth on April 8. The next week, April 15, the Warriors moved back up to fourteenth. This week in the Sac Bee’s top 20 Baseball teams, the Warriors held fast, remaining in fourteenth place.]]>
