It was the last week of a long season for the Winters High School varsity volleyball team as they played their last two games of the 2018 season. The Warriors played their last home game on Tuesday, Oct. 16, and then traveled for their final game of the season. On Tuesday, the Warriors hosted Pierce High School and suffered a 3-0 loss to the Bears. Winters struggled in the first two games losing 25-11 and 25-15 but made game three a competitive one losing a close 25-21 game. On Thursday, Winters traveled to Colusa for the last game of the season and came home with a 3-0 loss to the RedHawks. The Warriors never did get any kind of momentum and had a hard time getting points on the board. The Warriors lost the first set 25-8, lost game two 25-4 and then lost 25-3 in their final set. ]]>
