Special to the Express Didar Singh Khalsa and Karma Loading is a folk-rock trio featuring singer/songwriter Didar Khalsa on vocals and guitar, Jane Thompson on bass and Tobias Wehrhan on drums and percussion. The trio will play at Berryessa Gap’s downtown tasting room, located at 15 Main St. in Winters, on Saturday, Jan. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. The band’s focus is on Khalsa’s original folk-rock, rock-n-roll and shuffle tunes and ballads. Khalsa and Karma Loading have played at a number of venues in Northern California and the greater Sacramento area.
