Dorothy lived in several towns in New Jersey as well as Winters. She was employed by the Burlington Country Library as an assistant librarian at the Cinnaminson Branch for 16 years.

Dot, as she was known, loved celebrating with family and friends, keeping in touch with phone calls and letters, telling jokes, reading, gardening, walking by the ocean or creek, and wearing color-coordinated hats, scarves and shoes. She loved to make people laugh — at home, work or play, and especially at the doctor’s office.

Memorial donations may be made to The ALS Association Greater Sacramento Chapter, 2717 Cottage Way, Suite 17, Sacramento, CA 95825 or the Winters Friends of the Library, PO Box 963, Winters, CA 95694.
