blankJessie Jo McKinney, 79, of Winters, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family, on Sept. 30.

Jessie was born in Porterville on May 27, 1942. She attended Winters High School before marrying her husband Hubert G. McKinney on November 16th, 1958.

After raising her 2 children she went to work at DFA of California, after working for many years she retired to spoil her great-grandchildren.

Jessie is survived by her husband Hubert G. McKinney; son-in-law Jerry Labrecque; her grandchildren: James Labrecque and wife Jana, Sara-Jo Ybarra and husband Servando, Danielle Cavazos and husband Chris, Christopher McKinney and wife Sierra; 12 great-grandchildren: Anthony and wife Molly, Matthew, Michael Labrecque, Kathrine, Giselle, Gracie and Servando Ybarra, Diego, Dominic and Natalee Cavazos, Avery and Oliver McKinney. and brother Clyde Franklin wife Linda. She was preceded in death by her mother and father Walter and Alverta Franklin, Brother Charles Franklin, daughter Carla Diane Labrecque, son Hubert G. (Mackie) McKinney Jr. and great-granddaughter Aubree Danielle Cavazos.

A memorial service for Jessie was scheduled for Oct. 11 at First Baptist Church of Winters at 11 a.m.
