Lee Kellison passed away in his sleep on Sept. 3, 2017 in Auburn, Born in Los Angeles on Dec. 15, 1941, the Reverend Daddy Lee, was a force of nature, that rattled the cages in the hearts of all who loved him.

Lee was a people person and loved to talk; he could talk an Eskimo into buying ice cream. He enjoyed good food and good music, and was always ready for a barbecue. He had a deep love of cooking and photography, and was a skilled craftsman, artist and poet.

Those who knew him, as family and friend, always knew if there was something that needed to be done, he would get it done.

Clean and sober for over 20 years, he was involved in AA and had the opportunity to sponsor many people seeking guidance. He sponsored those in need in southern California in San Diego, and Oceanside as well as in Vacaville and Winters.

A potluck barbecue will be held in his honor on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017 at Lunita Ranch, 8189 Olive School Lane in Winters. Please contact his son Ash if interested in attending.
