Virgil Stanton Clark was born June 12, 1949 in Windell, Id. and passed away Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, peacefully at home after a very long four years of battling cancer.

He is survived by his wife, Tamala Clark, daughter Lisa Clark, grandson Danny Clark, mother Jeannine Clark, sisters Connie Crum, Christine Button and Jeanie Martinez and brother Larry Clark. Stan’s father is deceased.

Stan went to school in Winters and then business college in Sacramento, but people in Winters will remember him most for his carpentry business and his great sense of humor.

A memorial service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 435 Anderson Ave. in Winters at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27.
