A Winters Express Letter to the Editor
Members of the Board of Winters Participation Gallery, who sponsor the Winters Historical Mural Project every summer, invite the Winters community to mark the completion of the 2022 mural at the post office, 510 Railroad Ave. On Monday, Oct. 3, join the young artists who designed and painted the mural, the professional muralists who guided them in the process, and the members of the board of WPG as we celebrate the accomplishment of the fifth summer mural. The event begins at 6 p.m., and consists of a short program and light refreshments. We can also mark the retirement of one of the professional muralists who appears, bigger than life, on the mural!
