It’s on — Youth Day Parade. The WFoL (Winters Friends of the Library) casual band is dusting off their instruments in preparation. You are most welcome to join us. The music can be adapted for all levels. Even if you haven’t played for a million years but want to have band fun again, you can be in the parade. Naturally, great players won’t be turned away.
