A personal thank you to all the families, friends and Confirmation students who gave of their time to help with the building of our float. A special mention and also thank you to Lorin Warren for the use of his car trailer to transform it into a field of colorful flowers and a stairway to Jesus. To Tom and Justine Pearse for the use of their huge garage to put it all together and wonderful hospitality of food and refreshments. My mother in-law Betty Donaldson for use of her backyard and grandpa’s tools so my husband Frank can do the frame work, to John DeLao and grandson for the use of their truck and towing of our float. The wonderful ladies who helped with “fluffing” and last touches on the float. This all came together because we all said yes! Yes to our Lord who said “unless you change and become like children you will not enter the kingdom of heaven,” “Let the children come to me for their’s is the kingdom of heaven”…youthfully ever after.
