We wanted to thank our amazing fire crew who made sure that our orchard and house did not burn the other day. The quick responding, amazing crew composed of at least Esparto, Suisun City, Dixon, and several others as well as our great Winters fire crew, and the appearance of city officials, even the city manager, in construction vests to oversee what was happening was welcome and heartening.

Thank you all of you for containing the fire and putting it out.  It took several days to contain all the hot spots and fire folks are still checking daily to be sure that there is no further outbreak.
We live in an amazingly helpful and responsive town. I wanted to thank all of you in the community who called and came to see that we were safe.  I could not get to the phone quickly enough for many of you but it was so good to know that we had assistance, should we have to evacuate. You callers in the community are all too numerous to name, but we know and you know who you are. You all have a warm spot in our hearts. Thank you for being there and letting us know.  It made us feel safer in a rather scary event!
With our huge thanks,
