Halloween looked different this year. Trick-or-Treaters were able to collect goodies through a variety of opportunities around towns. Residents set up tables, bowl and other creative ways for children to select candy or a treat bag from a distance. Other community members let their creativity fly and put those high school math and science skills to work by creating a number of different designed candy chutes to deliver to Trick-or-Treaters. A resident on Kennedy Drive also set up a Wizard of Oz “There’s no place like home” themed decor. It was complete with defeated wicked witches, pumpkin characters, and a candy chute delivering treat bags straight from the Great and terrible Wizard of Oz.
