Yolo County Library is hosting these celebrations to thank local residents and partners who made these branches an integral part of life in these communities. Each celebration will include entertainment, activities for all ages, community presentations and refreshments. “Yolo County Library has benefited from its collaboration with local Friends of the Library organizations, as well as school, city and county partners in these communities. They have been important stakeholders for decades and their incredible support continues to this day,” noted Yolo County Librarian Mark Fink. “Our modern libraries provide free resources that can empower local residents and their families to meet their personal learning and enrichment goals,” Fink continued. All of these events are free and open to the public.
