"Wings of Victory" aircraft meet hosted in Woodland

There will be scale models of WW ll war birds including American, British, German, Russian, Italian, and Japanese aircraft.

The public is invited to attend the Woodland Davis Aeromodelers 25th annual “Wings of Victory”  WW ll scale radio control aircraft meet Friday, June 28 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Saturday, June 29 from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday, June 30 from 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.

There will be scale models of WW ll war birds including American, British, German, Russian, Italian, and Japanese aircraft of that era such as P-51s, P-40s, PT-109s,  Zeros, Spitfires, P-47, and multi engine bombers such as B-17 and B-25s.
The event is located at the Woodland Davis Model Field located on road 29 1.3 miles east of road 102 north of Davis. Attendance is free. Food and drinks will be available on site.
