June 11: 12:58 a.m., On the 100 block of Wolfskill Street, a subject trespassed onto victim’s property.
~8 p.m., On the 500 block of Main Street, a juvenile allegedly pushed a victim to the ground causing injury. Investigation continues.
June 12: 6:09 a.m., On the 1000 block of Railroad Avenue, an Officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.
~3:33 p.m. On the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.
~7-9 p.m., On the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss – $2,600.
June 13: 3:25 p.m., William Eugene Pederson, 21, of Davis was issued a notice to appear for possessing a controlled substance.
June 15: 9:50 a.m., Michael Owen Rothacker, 55, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia. Rothacker was booked at Winters Police Department and released on a notice to appear.
June 16: 12:28 a.m., Javier Resendiz, 43, unknown address, was arrested for public intoxication and violation of probation. Resendiz was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
June 18: 4:03 a.m., Alejandro Jimenez, 22, of Sacramento was arrested for public intoxication. Jimenez was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
~7:49 a.m., Oscar Armando Ochoa, 32, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failing to have a front vehicle license plate.
