Support Local Journalism


Our policy, in short:

  • We publish brief items about events that a free and open to the public
  • If a event (class, workshop, etc.) costs money, it must be sponsored by a nonprofit organization. If it’s sponsored by a for-profit business, that business must buy advertising to promote the event.

Entertainment events (theater performances, concerts, etc.) are an exception. We publish all of them, no matter who the sponsor is.
