Diego Valencia is the Pisani’s Athlete of the Week. Last season Valencia competed as a junior on the Winters High School swim team. He has competed in swim his entire high school career and is one of the strongest swimmers on the team. Valencia swims the 50 meter and 100-meter freestyle, and the 200-meter freestyle relay. “He has a great attitude towards swimming and always finds a way to make his teammates laugh. Diego had great swims setting times to keep the Warriors competitive and looks to do even better next year as a senior,” said coach DJ Tice. ]]>
