Evan Carbahal, a Winters High School sophomore, is the Pisani’s Athlete of the Week. Carbahal has been making huge strides toward his personal fitness goals and conditioning for the upcoming football season through workouts with ACGI Fitness. In the last two weeks he has added 15 to 20 repetitions to his strength test ( a series of push-ups, squats and sit-ups). In addition, he is benching 150 pounds, squats 285 pounds and dead lifts over 300 pounds. Elvis Eltagonde, his personal trainer said, “Evan is a beast, he always attends training sessions with the attitude of ‘get it done” and his own goals in mind. Always putting out 110 percent to achieve every goal set.
