Winters Joint Unified School District Superintendent Todd Cutler administered an Oath of Office at the Winters JUSD school board meeting on Thursday, Aug. 1 to Winters High School students Karina Del Toro and Samantha Salgado, who will both serve as this year’s school board student representatives. Del Toro and Salgado will rotate each meeting in the student representative seat on the school board to report on school happenings across the Winters JUSD school sites.
