Winters Theatre Company announces open submission period for inaugural 10-Minute Play Festival

Jim Hewlett The Winters Theatre Company will be hosting its inaugural 10-Minute Play Festival at the Winters Community Center at 201 Railroad Ave. during the last weekend of January 2020.  This festival will feature eight works from local playwrights. The submission period for scripts is open until Friday, Nov. 1 and is open to playwrights 18 years and older. Up to three scripts per playwright can be submitted, and the scripts should require only minimal props.
