In accordance with Yolo County’s encroachment permit conditions that require safe ingress to the Indian Health Services Sacred Oaks Healing Center, currently under construction on County Road 31 east of Winters, Genesis Design and Development, with Granite Construction as their subcontractor, will be constructing a left-turn lane on County Road 31 starting on Monday, July 22.
The construction will occur within a 1,500-foot length of road, located just east of 33250 County Road 31. The road will remain open with two lane traffic control until the expected completion of the project on Friday, Aug. 16. Some construction methods will require temporary one lane traffic control with delays up to 15 minutes.
