The Express went to Las Vegas with the Neil Family. They were celebrating Walt Neil’s best friend, Lloyd Norlings engagement to his future wife Digna. Walt Neil, Kathy Bertagnolli, Valerie Garay, Doug Kidwell, John and Karen Neil all attended from Winters.
