This year the Winters Middle School track team was unable to compete against other schools in their league. However, the coaches did give track athletes an opportunity to work on their times. “The middle school just ran a season and we recorded their times from the start of the season to the end,” said Mari Chavez, WMS Athletic Director. “We did not offer any jumps or throws since we were limited with space.” This year’s WMS track team included (FRONT L-R) Aidan Tuel, Clara Skinner, Cheyenne Williams, Vanessa Gonzalez, Robyn Wales, Angelina Passantino, Brady Baugh, Alejandro Murillo, Josie Lundy and (BACK) Coach Mari Chavez, Gavin Pisani, Jordan Tucker, Ismene Taylor, Violet Tuel, Chase Gibson, Mahalia Lanfranco, Lilliana McCabe-Borchard, Isadora Harris, Ashley Rivas and Coach Hayleigh Marquez.
