Winters Police Cadets handed out Valentine’s Day treats in part of a fundraiser on Saturday, Feb. 13. They sold bundles of cookies, cupcakes and chocolate dipped strawberries all decorated in the spirit of Valentine’s Day. Community members were able to pick up their treats in a drive-thru held outside of the Winters Police Department. Cadets present included (L-R) Paulo Leal, Andres Jimenez, Danielle Mora, Melina Mora, Muzio Charles and Veronica Soria.
