Kimberly Lynn Rosales (Koster) passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 61 in Vacaville Ca. Kim was born to Marbara Jean Losado (Raper) and Donald J. Koster at the Sacramento County Hospital in Sacramento Ca. Kim was a lifelong resident of Winters where she made many lifelong friends. She grew up on Russell Street later moved to Luis Place. She graduated Winters High School class of 1977. After graduating she married Manual Rosales and later divorced. During their marriage they welcomed 2 children Joseph Manuel Rosales and Alicia Jean Reyes (Rosales). She later meet Richard Rubio and they welcomed a baby boy Richard Steven Rubio in 1985. Kim enjoyed the outdoors during her healthier years, always at the lake, camping, Bodega Bay, and always ready for a good time. She was often on the go and was known for her green thumb. She loved music, animals and lifetime movies. She cherished her grandchildren most. She was loved by all and always happy. Kim will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her. Kim is predeceased by her lifetime partner Steve Vender and Parents Marbara Jean Losado (Raper) and Donald J. Koster. Step Father Manuel Losado. Her Grandparents Thelma Carpenter (Raper) and LeRoy Carpenter. Her daughter n law Ashley Rubio. Kim is survived by her children Joseph Rosales (Serafina) of Vacaville Ca. Alicia Reyes (Ed) of Winters Ca. Richard Rubio of Winters Ca. Brothers Kevin Koster (Carla) of Modesto Ca. and Kelly Koster of Santa Rosa Ca. Sister Koreen Koster of Sacramento Ca. Grandaughters Callie, Sage, Adriana, Iris and grandsons Damian, Derek, Edwardo “Moto”, Reid. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends Services will be held on Saturday March 27, 2021 at 1pm. The First Baptist Church 512 First Street Winters Ca.
