This year’s annual Garage Sale of the Rich and Famous is scheduled for Saturday, June 19.
In past years, this event has always been held on Mother’s Day weekend. However, because of several recent concerns expressed by the Gender Equality League (GEL), it was decided to move the Garage Sale to Father’s Day weekend this year. All citizens are encouraged to follow the standard GEL guidelines.
This is a citywide event with the majority of the activity found at City Park located at Fourth and Main Streets.
There are several spaces available at the City Park at no cost. To reserve a space or for more information, call Bruce Guelden at 795-4919.
