By Leslie Hunter Special to the Express Thriving Pink is offering three opportunities this month for those with a breast cancer diagnosis. On Monday, June 14 at 7 p.m., Claudia DeYoung, MD, will lead a Zoom workshop on “What is Survivorship? How Do We Navigate a New Normal?” DeYoung runs the Breast Cancer Clinic at South Sacramento Kaiser Permanente and oversees the cancer survivorship program in the oncology department. A Social Walk will be held on Saturday, June 19 at 9:30 a.m., at the UC Davis Arboretum. The group will meet at the Shovel Archway by the parking lot. All are welcome to join. On Monday, June 28 at 7 p.m. via Zoom, A Gentle Yoga workshop will be led by Dion Wiedenhoefer, a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
