Winters library hours changing as students return to campus

With students returning to campus for the 2021-22 school year, Winters Community Library has adjusted their hours to accommodate when Winters schools are in session. Effective Aug. 23, the Winters library School in Session hours are:

  • Sunday: Closed.
  • Monday/Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday/Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The Winters library branch Curbside Service hours are:

  • Tuesday: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Saturday: 1 p.m. to  5 p.m.

Face coverings are required when visiting the library. Individuals who are advised to not wear face coverings are encouraged to utilize Curbside Service. During the 2021-22 school year, there are scheduled dates when school is not in session. The Winters library School Not in Session hours are:

  • Monday/Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday/Thursday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday/Saturday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

School Not in Session hours are scheduled for: Oct. 11, Nov. 1, Nov. 12, Nov. 22 to 26, Dec. 22 to Jan. 4, Feb. 14, Mar. 7, Mar. 28 to Apr. 1, Apr. 18, May 16 and May 23 to Aug. 19. Questions should be directed to library staff at 530-666-8005 or
