By Jim Hewlett The Winters Theatre Company will hold auditions for its inaugural 10-minute play festival, on Wednesday, Dec. 18 and Thursday, Dec. 19th at 7:30 p.m., at the Winters Community Center located at 201 Railroad Avenue in Winters. The inaugural festival will feature 8 original works, many written by local playwrights. Multiple roles are available for adults ages 18+, and interested individuals can audition for as many 10-minute plays as they would like. The available roles and show descriptions are listed on the Winters Theatre Company website at http://www.winterstheatre.org/auditions/ The directors for each of the plays will be present each audition date. Interested individuals only need to attend one audition date. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the scripts. Rehearsal times and locations will be coordinated by the individual directors, with tech week taking place from Monday January 20th through Thursday January 24th at the Winters Community Center at 7:30pm. Performances will take place at the Winters Community Center the weekend of Friday January 24th through Sunday January 26th, Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm and Sunday at 5:00pm. Questions?
