By Jim Hewlett Special to the Express The Winters Theatre Company is happy to present another play podcast later this month. Like their inaugural podcast in January, this upcoming podcast will also feature eight 10-minute podcasts. But unlike the inaugural podcast, this one features the specific theme of fathers and suns. This theme was selected as the podcast will be released on Sunday June 20, 2021, which just happens to be Father’s Day and the first day of Summer … at least for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere. Each of the eight plays features a story about fathers, summer experiences, or a combination of the two. Some of the stories may make you laugh, others may make you cry or sigh, but all of them feature thoughtful stories and voices that will help you celebrate the season. Learn more about each of the featured plays on the Winters Theatre Company website at The recorded performances will be audio only and will be available from the Winters Theatre Company website at The podcast begins on Sunday, June 20 and continues through the end of July 2021.
