Yolo County hosting Virtual Career Fair on June 30

By Frank Schneegas Special to the Express YoloWorks!, Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) and Yolo County Workforce Innovation Board, in partnership with Woodland Community College, will host a Virtual Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 30. The virtual career fair platform allows job seekers to connect with more than 30 local employers with immediate openings in manufacturing, sales, government, warehouse, nonprofit, transportation, healthcare, trades, agriculture, retail, distribution and construction plus the ability to visit with training schools. To register for the virtual career fair, interested job seekers can visit www.yoloworks.org, https://tinyurl.com/JuneJobFair. Registered jobseekers can create a profile to include previous work history, education, positions of interest and future employment interests plus upload a resume for participating employers. YoloWorks! is a partnership of the Yolo County Workforce Innovation Board, Yolo County HHSA Services and the American Job Center of California.
