There were nothing but smiles at the Yolo Section Elections this year. Payton Paschoal, past Yolo Section treasurer and president, had a bittersweet evening as she retired her section jacket and installed the new team.
Two of our bright, young leaders, Marin Spalding and Dalton Lowrie, ran and were elected to Section office. It is an honor to serve as an officer in the FFA, and these two chapter officers have taken their place with the new team.
Marin has served as the Winters Chapter Sentinel this year and her passion is public speaking and leading others, making her a perfect candidate for the Sectional Team. Dalton has served as the Winters Chapter Treasurer, enjoys motivating members, and lives by the FFA motto, “Learn by Doing.”
Marin will be serving as the 2018-19 Yolo Section secretary, and Dalton will be serving as the 2018-19 Yolo Section treasurer. Congratulations Marin and Dalton!
