Daniel Carrion is the Pisani’s Athlete of the Week

Daniel Carrion, the Winters High School varsity football junior right-handed quarterback, is the Athlete of the Week. On Friday, Nov. 10, Carrion may have put up record-breaking numbers in the Warriors’ first round playoff loss to Pierce. He was near perfect in the air completing 10 of 12 passes for 171 yards with two touchdowns and rushed for 251 yards on 21 carries with four touchdowns.

“He had an incredible game,” said coach Daniel Ward. “I don’t remember anyone putting up numbers like that.” Carrion finished the 10-game season with 1,269 yards passing and 13 touchdowns and had 1361 yards rushing with 21 touchdowns.
