It just keeps coming in; the recognition, the accolades, the rewards and its all deserving. The Winters High School varsity baseball team set another mark last week as they had four players make the CalHiSports 38th Annual All State Baseball Team. Last month the Warriors were named the CalHiSports Small Schools number one team in the state and now they are the only team to place four players on the all state team.

Anthony Carrion, Daniel Carrion and Sammy Gonzales all were named to the All State First Team while sophomore Brandon Gomez was named to the Second Team. Daniel Carrion and Gonzales both made it as infielders, while Anthony Carrion and Gomez made it as pitchers.
