Water Warriors dominate home opener

In the girls’ 200 free relay the Water Warriors entire girls team competed once again with Baker, Spalding, Davis and Tretjakov taking second place with a time of 2:20.77. The boys’ team of Ruben and Diego Valencia, Petersen and Lopez took first place in 1:41.82. Tretjakov placed fifth in the girls’ 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:56.46. Mello won the boys’ event in 1:20.66 with Petersen following in second place with a time of 1:25.47. The boys team ended the meet with a win in the 400 free relay. Rivas, Matheson, Montgomery Mac Mahon and Mello clocked a winning time of 4:34.62. Individually the Water Warriors boys’ team totaled 143 points for first place and the girls’ took third with 76 points with just four swimmers.]]>
